I am proud to say that I did a fitness test today as part of my one year trial deal at the University and had to do a weigh in! Guess what? When I started this blog, my weight was 168lbs and even though there were some ups and downs, at my weigh in, I am happily down to 153.4lbs! Now that’s progress! I still have my pot belly (so no pictures just yet) but I am really proud of this loss! *High Five*
